Can I return a treatment?
For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned. If you have unwanted or expired medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
Where can I find your privacy policy?
Medical data and your order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law.

How can I get help in an emergency?
MedExpress delivers to the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man, but delivery times may not be guaranteed. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Jersey or Guernsey currently.
